Alec Fisher's uses John Dewey's “Reflective Thinking” model to define critical thinking. The process of reflective thinking involves gathering information and carefully analyzing it's content and validity. This requires coming with your own individual ideas and arguments that are firmly backed with careful reasoning. Karl Rove demonstrates reflective thinking in his tyrannical rants against Obama's healthcare bill. Karl Rove and his group of elitists are losing ground and power with the new administration. Republican extremists cleverly construct a web of fear and lies to pursue the public to distrust the democrats. They seek power and control over the government. They use fear to generate mass hysteria within their followers. Republicans do what ever it takes to win. They analyze Obama and his constituents and use any tactics possible to discredit democratic ideas. Rove generates allot of news coverage. Fear is a dangerous weapon and the republican party is very good at wielding its force against their opponents. Their ability to use reflective thinking make them very dangerous because they are able to attract weak minded violent people.
